The lists for each round are generated by the system it can be moved to any computer or emailed to a depot. However it is something that a dairy would wish to keep secure so we would suggest that is only accessible from a fixed IP address and with password protection.
It allows users (and customers) to have limited access to there statements, orders and cancellations.
With a dairy the webbased data could exist on a local webserver running on your hardware (without connection to the outside world) and would thus allow multi user entry of data to the system. Just before delivery the MR8 / DR8 system reads this webserver data and automatically print Delivery Notes where required.
